Mara Kimana Luxury Camp is a small tented camp situated on the banks of Sekenani River, 2 kms from Sekenani gate on the border of the Masai Mara National Reserve. Our wide array of Indigenous trees keeps the camp environment cool and the air fresh, in an otherwise hot Mara! The camp is 6hrs drive from Nairobi and the nearest airstrips are Keekorok or Siana airstrips.
The campsite can accommodate 40 persons at any one time. It has readily available tents of various sizes and modern sanitary facilities.
The camp has a unique setup and concept. Unrivalled simplicity, design, service, ambience and personalized magnificent cuisine freshly prepared. At Kimana Mara Camp, it is all about Simplicity, Serenity, and Intimacy with nature.
The camp also has electricity via KPLC and a backup of a well muffled generator as well as sockets for charging your phones and running basic appliances. We also have vehicles on standby, as well as access to medical personnel for in case of emergencies.
Other facilities included are fully serviced accommodation (housekeeping), Security in rooms and the premises, Airstrip Transfers, Secure on site parking.

The tents are in secluded positions and are linked by raised brick and timber walkways amongst ancient Jackal Berry trees. The tents come in singles and doubles and can take up to four pax each
Kimana Mara Camp is a home away from home for both international as well local visitors to the Masai Mara. The camp hosts Families & Friends, various special interest groups, student groups, workshops, filming crews among others.
